Conditional information

For patients classified as high risk with a relapse risk rating of 75% or greater, it is recommended that long-term maintenance of biologics be continued, with vigilance for the potential of secondary failure.

Patients with a low risk of relapse, defined as less than 25%, may be considered for dose reduction and discontinuation of treatment, with these adjustments recommended to occur after completing 26 weeks of therapy.

For those at moderate risk of relapse, falling within the 25-75% risk range, dose reduction or prolongation of treatment intervals may be considered; however, treatment discontinuation is not advised.
